Thanks DC. As an COPD patient. Dexamethasone short term use alleviates flare ups for me.

Latest recent flare up happened 24 hours after a gentlemanly kiss to the back of a lady friend's hand.

Coincidence or connection. The lady is fully injected & boosted due to her hospital visits required for an eye problem.
