Hello Mr. Doorless Carp, I love your reviews, but here you made a mistake in the very first paragraph: there is no CLA in fish oil!

I believe the Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish oil are quite different from Omega-6 CLA. See, for example, https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/conjugated-linoleic-acid#what-it-is

Absolutely, and if you get into the subject of which is best it can spark some surprisingly heated debates! We actually need a balance of both, but it is easy to exceed a safe amount of CLA in the western diet.

Ah, okay. The way your introductory paragraphs are phrased, I thought you were saying that CLA was an Omega-3 fatty acid.
