Unfortunately as Spike pentapeptides have homology to hundreds of human epitopes, it binds with so many different receptors (pleiotropic) and interacts with so many signalling pathways there is no way to distil the mechanisms to just 100 words. A 100 papers maybe. And that ignores the rest of the virus, LNPs, plasmid DNA, endotoxin etc.
