Excellent review thanks. We are gradually undertanding the mechanims involved in AEs from the spikes, which are many and complex. I personally find the work on IgG3/4 also compelling. We remain limited in our total understanding by virtue of the fact that we still probably understand only about 10% of the human immune system.
