In Chapter 1, we read how the US's Deputy Director of the Department of Defence, per the Congressional Appropriations Hearings in 1969 on the development of immune-system destroying agents for biological warfare, opined that at a total cost of $10 million, within 10 years they could likely produce what was desired -- "a new infective microorganism" that "might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious disease." That transcript was classified but later obtained via FOI request.
According to the 1988 Strecker Memorandum, "[t]he United States Defence Department requested and got $10 million to make the AIDS virus in labs as a political/ethnic weapon to be used mainly against Blacks. The feasibility program and labs were to have been completed by 1974-1975; the virus between 1974-1979. The World Health Organization started to inject AIDS-laced smallpox vaccine into over 100 million Africans (population reduction) in 1977. And over 2000 young white male homosexuals (Trojan horse) in 1978 with the hepatitis B vaccine through the Centers for Disease Control/New York Blood Center."
So, while HIV was being created as an immunosuppressive bioweapon, monkeypox was also being researched.
Thanks for your detailed reply, and of course they then added the GAG & gp120 inserts to the coronavirus construct to do the same thing but at a slower rate, with cardiovascular, neurological and carcinogenic action as a focus. Pox viruses have always had great potential for GOF work. You wonder if the Victorian administrations were using live vaccines maliciously, or was it just gross incompetence & poor QC? I would need to research more into the politics of the day in the UK, Europe & the USA, who forwarded the mandates?
The crowned heads of the aforementioned Victorian administrations are today spearheading the Great Reset, Green New Deal and all sorts of doctrines that could bring about the demise of a great many people. So I'd say malicious intent from the start. Not that they even try very hard to conceal their Malthusian project for the great unwashed.
