For those of us who didn't take the courses in University or do this kind of work, please state in plain non-technical English what this means.

It should be called Original antigenic imprint OAI.

hope the search button works on all the insertions in this post, If it does, I don;t see any word like ACE2, essential in the 'topic'. The epitopes seems to be covering exactly that region, and that is what it would connect it with HIV, touched a bit at:

Fantastic job, you did a better job than I ever would, especially lately. Sharing it !

Edit: More and more evidence that some people will experience chronic infections like EBV, it is just a matter of time until they prove this 2020 point of mine (and many others, I doubt I was the only one making this point).

DoorlessCarp did a fantastic job...writes beautifully and explains reallly well ...And you John too! You are both awesome ❤. Cant wait to hear more about Baicalin ...hopefully with some clear actionable recommendations like for x take 2× Daily on empty ...combine it with xyz etc. besause....

Doorlesscarp a special thank you for your article on Lemon Balm! Now I start & finish my day with it. I bought 5kg organic lemon balm! What an experience falling in love with a tea🤗. If it wasn't for you I wouldnt have known what a powerhouse of the healing properties lurke in such a modest tasting tea.❤Thank you🙏

Thank you Bibi!

I will be ordering some more dried lemon balm for tea soon, and it's just pleasant on its own to sip. I've also got some seeds for next year and its worthy of its own review.

The baicalin review is huge, more of a novella but no apologies for that.

It quickly breaks down into several metabolites, and each of these then have their own interactions which are explored. I will include dosing advice and any contraindications.

Thanks John, we were all warning of the risks of immune escape & OAS, but noone was listening.

It is now clear that transfection mediated immunity reached its limits almost when first administered and neutralising immune responses could only ever head in one direction after that due to priming (imprinting), and that direction is ever downwards for most people.

Shared it, too...

@Doorless

And thank you for the great discussion and considering that we can't be really sure if it was OAS or exhaustion cause what they observed is really something in between this possibilities.
